This year we are happy to organize the second edition of the Journée des Doctorants (Doctoral Students' Day) of the Groupe de Recherches en Études Indiennes (Indian Studies Research Group, GREI). The event takes place on April 6, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Maison de la Recherche of the Sorbonne Nouvelle University at 4, rue des Irlandais (Paris).

The GREI, or EA 2120, is a team of researchers supported by the EPHE-PSL in joint supervision with the Sorbonne Nouvelle University. The GREI's work focuses on the languages, literatures, religions and intellectual cultures of ancient and medieval India, understood in the broadest sense.

The Journée des Doctorants allows all doctoral students in the group, stemming from related but nonetheless very distinct disciplines, to present their research and projects and to discuss with the statutory members of the GREI.

Auditors interested in Indology in the broad sense and external to GREI are also very welcome to the conference.
